Effects of blue light: What should I do?

Good day to all! I’m a computer savvy. I work several hours every day in front of my desk. Sometimes I am sitting in front of my PC very late at night. A few months ago, I started to have problems with sleep. Night after night I couldn’t sleep. Every morning I was waking up groggy and tired.

At the very beginning, I did not connect the problem with my job. For many years it worked fine. I slept like a baby.
Then on internet, I found a few interesting articles on insomnia. I realized that my problem could be linked with looking at the computer screen and at my smartphone at night, which affects the melatonin discretion. Now I follow a different work schedule. I start working earlier in the morning and I finish before the sunset. Then no PC, no smartphone, no TV. Yes, it is a bit radical, but it works. I sleep much better now. What's your thought on that?
